Resources for
Trans Rights
"Be Gay Do Crime" edited by The Mary Nardini Gang
This is a poetic little introduction to queer and trans anarchy, and its ability to question your perception of justice through lived examples. Even if you're not an anarchist, or are dipping your toes in the idea, this is a great book to have. Plus, the actual book is pocket-sized and adorable.
Trans Legislation Tracker
This is an important resource to keep track of anti-trans legislation in your state. I wish there was a way to contact your congressperson regarding the bills right on the website, but you can very easily find who sponsors the bills and reach out on your own.
Resources for Palestinian Rights
"Freedom Is a Constant Struggle: Ferguson, Palestine, and the Foundations of a Movement" by Angela Y. Davis
This is a popular book that changed my understanding of collective liberation, and the connectedness of the Black Liberation movement and the Palestinian Liberation movement. It is an important connection to make as we continue to see the killing of Black people and Palestinians around the world.
Palestine Children’s Relief Fund
This is an organization that raises money for children and families in Palestine. It is recommended as a good place to donate by people and organizations I trust, and it has a 97% on Charity Navigator (though those scores are biased and not always good to go by).
